Aleph is a wine made from 60% Syrah and 40% Grenache raised in biodynamics on sandstone and limestone.

After the harvest, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks only from their natural yeasts then only 30% of the wine is aged in oak barrels of 4 to 5 wines bringing some structure and tannins but keeping the freshness of the 70% aged in stainless steel tanks.

Aleph takes its name from the first letter of the'Phoenician alphabetThe A stood for ox and the back letter for the horns of the butchers' fat oxen that were paraded during the carnival.

Aleph reveals intense aromas of black fruitsblackcurrant, blackcurrant, garrigue, black olive and a few chocolatey notes.

In the mouth, it is full and deep, balanced with freshness and very silky tannins.

This fresh and gourmet wine will sublimate a beautiful Angus rib of beef or, for the more experienced cooks, a hare stew with prunes.
