Terre Amoureuse 2020 by Château Beynat

Unlike many Saint-Emilion Grand Cru wines, this cuvée does not come from the sandy plain but from a clay parcel.

Its neighbours are Valandraud (1st GCC), La Fleur Cardinale (GCC), Château de Pressac (GCC) and Château Faugères (GCC).

Alain has opted for a majority of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by a touch of Merlot, aged for 12 months in barrel.

Château Beynat, a century-old estate, is now in the hands of Alain Tourenne, a passionate winegrower committed to respecting the environment.

Château Beynat is located in Sainte Magne de Castillon, and covers 14 hectares of biodynamically farmed land.

Alain doesn't stop at traditional viticultural and winemaking practices. He's constantly thinking up new processes and new potions, each one crazier than the last, and every time it works, earning him the nickname of "The Magician Winemaker".
