CHLOE
est une cuvée de 70% de Xinomavro et 30% de Cabernet Sauvignon cultivés en agriculture biologique à Bidabla, dans la région de Goumenissa sur des sols argilo-sableux.
Les 2 cépages macèrent séparément avec les peaux jusqu'à l'obtention de la couleur désirée puis ils subissent une fermentation alcoolique à basse température.
Ils sont ensuite assemblés puis le vin final reste en contact avec les lies pendant 3 mois avant d'être mis en bouteille.
CHLOE is a rosé wine with a rich bouquet of red fruits such as wild strawberry, cherry and blueberry with elegant notes of fresh herbs.
La sensation en bouche est parfaitement équilibrée avec des saveurs riches et une acidité vive, ce qui donne une finale nette et douce. Meilleur servi frais entre 8 et 10⁰C.

The Chatzivaritis estate has 12 hectares of organic vineyards in northern Greece and offers a range of wines made mainly from endemic Greek grape varieties: Xinomavro, Roditis, Negoska, Assyrtiko!
It all started with love... when Vagelis Chatzivaritis met his future wife Olga Iakovidou in 1981. She was from Goumenissa, a place with a long tradition of winemaking.
As a wine lover himself and a man who also appreciated gastronomy and the simple pleasures of life, he began to make his own wine, to be enjoyed in the company of his good friends and close relatives.
The local story goes that the indigenous Greek varieties of Xinomavro and Negoska from which Goumenissa Chatzivaritis P.D.O. is produced, was the wine of choice of Philip, King of Macedonia, father of Alexander the Great
