Blanc de Noir, a 100% Pinot Noir from Agathe and Clément Piconnet that reminds us of the wines of nearby Burgundy. A vinous Champagne that strongly reminds us of the very close Burgundy where Clément did his apprenticeship, which was his goal.

A successful bet for this cuvée with its lively, finished bubbles and notes of ripe fruit, no excessive acidity, just the right touch to bring freshness to this round and elegant Champagne. One of our members has even made it his favourite vintage!

Domaine Piconnet, located in the Aube region, has been in the hands of Clément Piconnet and his partner Agathe since 2014. Created from scratch by Charles Piconnet, Clément's grandfather, the entire harvest was destined for the wine trade. After their respective training, Clément and Agathe decided to take over the family vineyard and create an estate to exploit their grapes and produce wine. Their goal is to respect the family heritage and to highlight all the work done in the vineyards by Clément's father and grandfather, while putting respect for the environment at the heart of their work and reducing yields for higher quality juice. A wind of modernity has arrived at the Piconnet family!
