Dominique Andiran is a former ski and sailing instructor who, after spending the off-season working in the vineyard alongside his uncle, created a real vocation for winegrowing.
In 1988, he decided to move to Gers Montreal in the South-West to give free rein to his passion and create his own estate. He will release his very first vintage in 2001.
Dominique Andiran walks to thegut feelinghe trusts his vines and the grapes. He works the most naturally and traditionally possible not without adding its touch oforiginality on some of his vintages.
Lhe moon and the vine are his best allies, he multiplies the grape harvest in order to harvest grapes immature.
