Terroirs - Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru - Extra Brut by Pascal Agrapart
is the meeting of the Grands Crus of the domain, of 2 blended vintages for this cuvée made from selected plots of Avize, Oger, Cramant and Oiry, all planted with Chardonnay.
As with all of Pascal Agrapart's wines, Terroirs has had a complete malolactic fermentation and then the wine is aged on its lees for 32 to 44 months, with manual riddling.
A quarter of the cuvée is aged in oak barrels and the wine is disgorged 60 days before sale.

Pascal Agrapart in Avize (Côte des Blancs)
Domaine Agrapart has been harvesting and handling grapes for four generations. It is located in Avize in the Côte des Blancs. Today the vineyard covers 12 hectares of Grands Crus and Premiers Crus, where Chardonnay and some Pinot Noir are grown.
Domaine Agrapart is a reference in Champagne for its organic viticulture principles which consist in rebuilding the natural capital of the soils, preserving the health of the vines and encouraging the authentic expression of their terroirs.
