is a 100% Merlot wine grown organically and fermented naturally under carbon dioxide, without added sulphite. The vinification is carried out with the least possible input and intervention.
The carbonic maceration gives TATTARRATTAT sweet notes of fresh red fruit, tart red apple, and is slightly sparkling.
Founded in 1570 by the Picoron family, Château Picoron has a long history of winemaking. It is now run by an Australian family, advised by Stéphane Derenoncourt.
The estate covers 4.5 hectares, all of which are converted to organic farming, and produces only one grape variety, Merlot, which is vinified into white and red wines.
The interventions are minimal, Glenda and Franck have a real vocation to leave their children a better environment, starting with their vineyard.
