is made from young Grenache vines, grown biodynamically at an altitude of 350 m on the slopes and plateau of Gramenon in the commune of Montbrison sur Lez. The grapes are harvested by hand, partially destemmed and then sent for maceration for 15 days in cement vats.
The alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are done naturally using only indigenous yeasts. The wine is then aged for 6 months in concrete tanks.
The Poignée de Raisins lives up to its name, with its very juicy texture, its pronounced black fruit aromas and its unrivalled freshness.
There are so few of them that one can only grant that they are not the most important.only one bottle per order.
