Les Grenades 2021 – Le Petit Clou des Vents – Vin de France (Duras)

100% Merlot âgés de 15 ans sur bas de coteaux boulbènes avec de grosses graines.

Vendanges manuelles pour tri des raisins et conservation des rafles. Encuvage pour macération grappes entières pendant 6 jours. Travail des raisins par pigeages manuels. Elevage de 6 mois en cuve résine.

Résultat : Une bombe de fruits, tout en souplesse, juteux, aux arômes de grenades ! On s'en délecte sans soif mais attention il n'y en a plus nul part,  pas même au domaine, c'est nous qui avons les toutes dernières bouteilles !

Le Petit Clou des Vents - Sylvain Jougla - Soumensac

Domaine le Petit Clou des Vents is a small wine estate founded in 2011 by Sylvain Jougla and his wife Lucile. The estate is located in Soumensac in the Lot et Garonne in the Duras appellation.

Sylvain Jougla is a native winemaker from Béziers who makes very nice and atypical natural wines by intervening as little as possible during the vinification process, using indigenous yeasts.

All the vines, with a total surface area of 3.5 hectares, are cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods, with intensive time spent working the soil to optimise the quality of the wines.
