Le Droit Chenin 2019 - Domaine Béatrice et Pascal Lambert - Chinon White
is a vintage made from 100% of chenin planted on terroirs limestone on the slopes of Chinon and Cravant les Coteaux in organic farming and biodynamics.
The grapes of Droit Chenin are harvested manuallyThe wine is directly pressed in a pneumatic press before fermentation from indigenous yeasts only then high 6 months in vats stainless steel.
Droit Chenin is very aromatic, with aromas ofcitrus. The attack is straightforward. The mouth is vivesharp and balanced by a light material.
A wine of great freshness, perfect as an aperitif, to accompany summer salads, grilled fish or with fresh goat's cheese, I mean a good Sainte-Maure de Touraine.
Domaine Béatrice and Pascal Lambert - Cravant les Coteaux (37)
The Domaine de Béatrice et Pascal Lambert is located in Cravant les Coteaux, a few kilometres from Chinon in the Loire Valley.
Concerned to respect the identities of the different terroirs as much as possible, the biodynamics has naturally imposed itself on the estate in order to create a harmony between the plant, its soil, and its environment.
Today, the estate covers 18 hectares in Cravant les Coteaux and Chinon where the region's emblematic grape varieties are grown: the cabernet franc for reds and rosés and chenin for white people.
