100% white Grenache vinified from indigenous yeasts only, in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness.
On the nose there are notes of white flowers such as jasmine and honeysuckle, and very pleasant iodine and mineral notes. On the palate, it is fat, round and fresh at the same time, and finishes on a beautiful mineral and saline note.
It goes very well with seafood!
This is the name of a species of spiny lobster, prolific in the waters off South Africa around the Desolation Islands, notably the French island of St Paule. In 1928, it was exploited locally by fishermen who used a radio to return to land once the fishing season was over. But the failure of their radio led to an interminable wait, and after 2 years, the only survivor was rumoured to have been fed up with lobster.
