After working in Barranca Oscura, Ramon Saavedra decided in 1997 to create his small estate on the heights of the small town of Graena in the north of the Sierra Nevada. Its 7.5 hectares of vineyards are perched at an altitude of over 1000m, with significant differences in temperature depending on the season, and are all worked with the utmost respect for the environment. Ramon has at heart to produce only wines made from 100% of grapes, no inputs are used at any time in the elaboration of its wines.
