No Lemon No Melon from Château Picoron

is a 100% Merlot wine grown organically and vinified as a white. The vinification is carried out with as little input and intervention as possible, the grapes are pressed directly and then aged for 3 months in new oak barrels.

No Lemon No Melon has a great liveliness, with notes of lemon zest and fresh butter. Served well chilled as an aperitif, it will bring you freshness.

Founded in 1570 by the Picoron family, Château Picoron has a long history of winemaking. It is now run by an Australian family, advised by Stéphane Derenoncourt.

The estate covers 4.5 hectares, all of which are converted to organic farming, and produces only one grape variety, Merlot, which is vinified into white and red wine.

The interventions are minimal, Glenda and Franck have a real vocation to leave their children a better environment, starting with their vineyard.
