« Sur le Chêne » est un climat précoce situé à l'extrême sud le la côte de Beaune. Cuvée emblématique du domaine, c'est un vin tendre et juteux, accessible dès la jeunesse

Vinifié sans soufre pour respecter l’expressivité du terroir, ce Maranges offre au nez sa gamme habituelle de fruits rouges, groseille et cerise en tête et des senteurs de moka et de cacao. En bouche, il ne change jamais de cap et offre sa rectitude de fruits frais épaulée par la texture suave.

Bien taillé pour les confrontations en cuisine, il se dégustera jeune avec bonheur sur une pièce de boucher.

Domaine Chevrot :

Domaine Chevrot is located in Cheilly-les-Maranges, between the Maranges and Santenay appellations. Pablo and Vincent Chevrot, two brothers, both with a degree in oenology, have been running the estate for over 10 years. Generations have succeeded one another on this estate, which has been a family property since 1830. The 18 hectares of the estate are run in Biodynamic Agriculture.
The commitment of the two brothers: respect for the terroirs and nature, by producing wines that are faithful to their terroir and by placing the environment at the centre of their preoccupations.
