Il Fait Soif by Maxime-François Laurent in Montbrison-sur-Lez (26)

is made from young Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault vines aged between 15 and 30 years on clay-limestone soils. The grapes are harvested by hand, partially destemmed and then sent for maceration for 15 days in raw concrete vats.

The alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are done naturally using only indigenous yeasts. The wine is then aged for 6 months in concrete tanks.

Il Fait Soif est le partenaire idéal des moments où... il fait soif évidemment ! Le vin est fruité, juteux, c'est ce qu'on appelle un vin glouglou chez nous, il se boit tout seul, sans lésiner sur le caractère et la gourmandise.

Il y en a si peu qu'on ne peut accorder qu'only one bottle per order.
