Caramerlot, a 100% Merlot harvested over-ripe to concentrate the sugar in the berries. Ramon Saavedra offers us here a greedy cuvée with intense notes of candied black fruits but with a beautiful freshness making it very digestible.

After working at Barranca Oscura, Ramon Saavedra decided in 1997 to create his own small estate on the heights of the small town of Graena in the northern Sierra Nevada. His 7.5 hectares of vines are perched at an altitude of over 1000m, enjoying significant temperature differences depending on the season, and are all worked with the greatest respect for the environment. Ramon is committed to producing only wines made from 100% grapes, no inputs are used at any time in the making of his wines.
