Since 2001, Xavier Bénier has been living in the commune of Saint-Julien, close to the Brouilly appellation. He runs a 6.5 hectare estate with passion and great commitment.

Working with the requirement of a clean viticulture, the winemaker excludes insecticides and fertilizers and favours the ploughing of the soil as well as the use of copper and sulphur.

Xavier Bénier is a minimalist when it comes to his work in the cellar, producing wines that are vinified in the most natural way possible.
