Aus est un pet'nat 100% Mourvèdre (ou Mataro en espagnol !) . Frais, AUS présente des jolies notes de framboise fraîche en attaque et une finale iodée qui caractérise le domaine Alta Alella.

Alta Alella :

Alta Alella is the culmination of a family project by Josep Maria Pujol-Busquets and Cristina Guillén Soldevila, which began more than 20 years ago and is located between the villages of Tiana and Alella, in the middle of the privileged agricultural area of the Serralada de Marina Natural Park. The vineyards overlook the Mediterranean Sea, which is less than 2 kilometres away, and have been farmed organically since Josep Maria arrived, with the aim of producing transparent wines where the authentic expression of the terroir and climate is reflected in each of their wines. Today the estate covers 50 hectares with typical and even forgotten grape varieties of the region.
